CVEDC is the ESA for Northwestern Vermont and comprises school districts in Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties.

There are 14 supervisory unions, 2,700 teachers, more than 1200 paraprofessionals and 150 administrators who provide educational services to over 32,000 students of the total PreK - 12 student population of Vermont.
